As featured recently on the NBC "Today" Show . . . No,
not the book, but Hudson's world-famous deviled-crab platter!
Hudson's is the best restaurant on the Island, and I'm
usually tucked away at a corner table while I scribble an idea for
a new story on a soggy napkin. In fact, I wrote the "The Custodian"
at this very table, enjoying my favorites -- the Oysters Hudson.
